Built to last, designed to inspire
The homepage opens on a single full-height image and one line of type. Benjamin was firm that the first screen should feel like arriving at a house rather than reading about one, so everything else — services, credentials, the enquiry route — waits until you have scrolled.

A concierge tone, held all the way through
TEKLA sell an end-to-end experience, so the site had to read as one continuous piece. Benjamin wrote and rewrote the copy with us until every section sounded like the same person speaking, and he supplied the photography in sets rather than singles, which is what lets the pages hold their rhythm.

Room for the work to grow
Projects, services and enquiries are all editable, so the team can publish a finished estate without coming back to us. Benjamin tested the whole flow himself before launch — the thing we would say to anyone considering working with him: he does the last ten percent that most clients leave to the agency.
